Return and Refund Policy

Returning within the 30 days return period
After receiving your product, you have 30 days to unpack and view the product. You are allowed to return the product within 30 days after receiving it.

Step 1
Ensure your item remains complete, undamaged, and in original condition.

Step 2
Fill in our Return form or send an e-mail to info@skanehome.com.

It is not mandatory to complete the return form, but it can speed up the processing time of your return.

Step 3
Prepare the item for shipping. Write down your order number on your package. Ensure it's securely and adequately packaged.

Step 4
Send your return shipment to our return address mentioned at the bottom of this page.

We recommend that you keep your shipping label and/or tracking number safe. If something goes wrong during the shipping of your return, for example if your return is lost or damaged by your carrier, they are responsible.

Within 7 days after your return shipment has arrived, we will process your return and refund your full purchase amount including shipping costs (in case you had to pay shipping costs during completing your order). We will always refund via the same payment method you used during checkout.

The shipping costs for returning the article to us is for your own account. You can check your carrier's website for their rates.


Cancel an order that has not been delivered yet

If you wish to cancel your order that has not been shipped yet, you can contact our customer service so that we can cancel and refund your order.

In case the order has already been shipped, you can refuse the package at the door, during the delivery attempt. We will cancel and refund your order immediately once the shipment has been refused by your side.

We will always refund via the same payment method you used during checkout.


You have received a wrong article or color

In case you didn't receive the article you ordered, but an incorrect article or color and you want to exchange it for the correct one, we will exchange it for you for free. We will make an appointment with you for the collection of the wrong article and the delivery of the correct article.

One of our colleagues will contact you for a pickup appointment within 24 hours after you have filled in the return form. 

You don't have to pay any return costs in this case.


You have received a damaged product

We understand it is very annoying if you have received an item that is damaged (due to transport or perhaps production). We always try to resolve this as quickly as possible. Contact our customer service as soon as possible or use the Return form.

Step 1
Fill in our Return form or send an e-mail to info@skanehome.com. Please make sure to attach pictures of the damaged item as well as the packaging and mention whether you want an exchange or whether you wish a refund instead. In case you wish a refund, we will always refund via the same payment method you used during checkout.

Step 2
Prepare the item for shipping. Write down your order number on your package. Ensure it's securely and adequately packaged.

What if you have already used the product, it is incomplete or returned damaged?

If the returned item has any damage, stains, or signs of usage, we will accept the return but will not issue a full refund. Instead, we'll provide a fair partial reimbursement. To be clear, we are talking about a case in which we delivered your order undamaged and complete.

Here's how it works: Upon receiving the item, it will undergo immediate inspection. If, for instance, the item is incomplete or damaged, a brief assessment will be conducted. The partial reimbursement will be determined based on this assessment. We will promptly inform you of this assessment. Should you have any inquiries or uncertainties regarding the item you intend to return, please reach out to our customer service team to discuss the available options.


Warranty
The standard warranty is 3 year. Products that have arrived with a manufacturing defect can be exchanged free of charge during this period.
